Blocks of color please the eye in a wash of blue and white. Glimmers of yellow emerge through the artist's painted fold, adding a soft dimension to her composition. Slow, soothing movement amasses in space, as if water oozing over a fall. Wise's work is an impressive balance between abstraction and organic beauty. Her natural inclination to delight surfaces as she crosses over two to three dimensional wonders.
